76chan

76chan is ANOTHER FUCKING 4CHAN CLONE. However, several things make it different from 4chan. It's a place for oldfags to feel at home again while not having to live your entire life in nostalgia by using the same old shit over and over again.

This place is like old 4chan without the newfags or fucking idiots, but it's just really slow.

Formation

76chan was originally formed by Dddudeman in early 2014 when he wanted a place to plan raids against new "Anonymous" out of the public eye. He posted a few threads on /b/ with a long rant about how "Anonymous is the new SJW king" or some shit. Only 2 people came to his IRC channel, and in turn the chan. Everybody kind of ignored the threads, and the chan was really dead. Around the time of the 2014 shit with Tumblr on b, somebody started posting the link to 76chan again. A few more people came, and it started getting actual posts. Still, there were only about 5 users. Later a shit ton of people showed up, and it's now sort of active getting there.

Userbase

The majority of 76chan's userbase is a couple of refugees from 4chan and 7chan. Since moot and his mods are a pack of faggots, angry /b/tards head here, only to realize it's slow as fuck.
