Arbcom AUSC, the Audit Sub-Committee of Wikipedia's Arbcom, investigates complaints about the misuse or abuse of CheckUser and Oversight. It is composed of three arbitrators and three Arbcom appointed community representatives, so it's a case of who has sucked the most Arbcom cock that year.
