According to the US envoy to the United Nations, Muammar Ghaddafi's troops have been engaging in more and more rapes. They've even been given the drug Viagra.
Some at the UN are accusing Ghaddafi of using rape as a weapon.
If any of Ghaddafi's troops are reading this, remember: It's not rape if you say, "Surprise!"
