HNNNNNNGGGGG or HNNNNNNGGGH (give or take a few Ns, Gs or Hs) is a minor forced meme that popped up sometime in mid-2008 on /b/ when some newfag decided to make fun of some guy having a heart attack. This 'meme' is actually a new twist on the heart attack threads from mid-200HHNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHH

To date, it has generated a modest amount of lulz. However, it was eventually determined that Miltopia was the source of this meme. Since that discovery, it has been considered unfunny. Michael Jackson has also gone HNNNNNNGGGH, due to said unfunnyHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHH
