But Data does not weight is a minor meme that started on Microsoft Answers, a shitty Yahoo Answers clone, in 2009 when some dummy asked if filling up his hard drive would make his computer heavier.

As there happens to be a character in Star Trek: The Next Generation named Data what happened next was only logical. Somebody with a most-likely pirated version of Photoshop MS Paint shat out a picture of said character with the caption "But Data does not weight !!" boldly emblazoned across its lower half. This particular meme is not often seen in the wild, and as such, has no known variations.
