lima_pcp is a love-him or hate-him, frequently drunken bastard on LiveJournal. He has been banned from a multitude of communities and personal journals for being rude, profane, and generally obnoxious. It is his stated goal to be featured on LJDrama. It has also been rumored that lima_pcp is a chubby chaser.

Pointless entries

Lima is known for short, vapid, pointless entries that attract dozens of equally vapid comments. Lima also occasionally persuades LJ's resident attention whores to show their boobs in his journal, making him cool among the sex-starved males who read him. He frequently teams up with tbonestg.

Toilet humor

Politically he has identified himself as "libertarian," "neoconservative," or just general "conservative," depending on which will get the biggest reaction out of the particular liberal he's talking to at the time. Some have called him a Nazi, but in truth, adhering to fascist ideology would require effort. He is known for crassness and an affinity for South Park-esque potty humor. According to synthetikmisery, it is this very humor that makes Lima a "right wing whackjob," though it moar likely proves that he's a 13 year old boy. Lima_pcp's insane threats against people and communities could back up either theory, but it is unlikely that a 13-year-old could sneak enough alcohol out of Daddy's liquor cabinet to produce that kind of behavior on a regular basis.
