At first glance r/NonCredibleDefense would appear as yet another cookie cutter maymay subleddit not taking itself seriously and making dumb obvious jokes at the expense of shitty military hardware. However a subreddit that describes itself as "/k/ with less cosmoline fueled orgies" would never be that normal and unobnoxious, and NCD manages to deliver on that perfectly. From the fact that most of its users being massive asspies who can't stop posting the same joke over and over again to the entire lulzfest that is the 2022 Ookraine sperging currently going on NCD is by far one of the worst subreddits available on the site, being run by self-absorbed, pseudo-intellectual "defense analysts."
But it's just a meme bro
We need to get this out of the way first - NCD users always feel the need to remind anyone criticising them that "it's just a joke" and that "seriousposting is b& durr." What they fail to realise is the fact that they're fundamentally the same as failtrolls and others who use the "but it was a troll" excuse over and over again. By cloaking themselves in "oh I'm just shitposting bro" they have free reign to post their retarded defense takes and if the response is either sarcastic or just plain negative play along with the "shitposting all along" thing they got going for themselves. This method is tried and tested for anyone who wants to post an uneducated, dumb opinion on the internet - and it works for them too since the entirety of Reddit is too retarded to call them out on it.
Always the counterjerk
Since redditors always feel the need to be special and different with their opinion NCD is a massive counterjerk; i.e. parroting the same shit the pentagon defense analysts say all the time. Good examples of this are: the love of expensive precision guided munitions, jerking it over the F-35, hatred of the A-10 warthog which while not incorrect isn't funny when said for the hundredth time, and so on. For every ten posts like this though there are a few "lol obv meme don't you know xd" posts which usually go alongside the formula take either comically bad or outdated military equipment => little dark age/chad vs virgin/other retarded reddit template meme => post for 10000 updooterinos - these are just meant to provide an escape hatch for when someone calls out a shit defense take of course.
2022 ukraine sperging
We all know that reddit is the USA's lapdog, so when ukraine got attacked by putin noone was surprised to see thousands of mindless "ukraine good, russia bad" posts everywhere - alongside with VolunteersForUkraine noncredibledefense is one of the biggest centers of this cancer that is killing the cancer that is killing the cancer that is...you get it. Seeing as this is a war and NCD is a defense themed subreddit everything came together perfectly into a beautiful mix of politisperging and gunsperging - NCD is the origin of St. Javelin, "cope cage" and all the other bullshit forced memes that you keep seeing recently.
Being so biased towards ukraine the retards at NCD will eat up any misinfo designed to make ukraine look good, even ARMA 3 screenshots posed as the "ghost of kyiv" propaganda rumor that has been milked by ukrainian psyop centres already. Many lulz can be had by posting realistic looking vidya screenies/old military excercise images posed as the epic and 1337 ukrainian defenders beating back the russki fascist imperialisterinos. If you wish to farm reddit karma instead posting any kind of low effort meme praising ukraine will not only net you substantial updooterinos, but also many reddit coins and premium time, since the subreddit is cultivated by western psyop agencies who give out awards for basically free to anyone willing to spread their propaganda.
Alternatively you could post something that breaks the circlejerk, but be prepared to a) lose your hard earned internet good boy points and b) get swiftly b& by US intelligence agents posing as the jannies on this subreddit. No joke, since this subreddit both supports the military industrial complex (don't let the occasional "oh but war ackshually bad" post fool you) AND is a valuable asset churning out thousands of low quality memes daily for the CIA to use.
Either way expect all the recent posts to either be "russia bad," "russia military bad," "ukraine good," "VolunteersForUkraine good," "reddit strong we did it reddit," and so on and so forth.
/k/ invasion
It is widely known that NCD users lurk and post on k (and what they don't show is how they usually get verbally raped for being the retarded redditors they are), and with the advent of the war the overlap between NCD and k suddenly got much bigger. See, k was the obvious board for psyop wars, and with the amount of NCD users thinking "hey, they look just like us but edgier" the board is now being crapflooded by hundreds of redditors reposting maymays from their favorite subreddit. This also led to the rapid deterioration of k, with any intelligent users who just want to talk about how the 1911 won two world wars, god dammit! being driven off the board by thousands of genz kids with no idea of what k is about. Expect any and all posts not conforming with the hivemind to be replied to with "vatnik" "lol enjoy your 2 rubles" and/or the putin monkey picture.

This article should've set the tone for how retarded NCD is - like many potential sources of lulz it even has the potential tag added. Most articles usually stick to that, but not here. NCD is ripe for milking. Many lulz can be had. Get out there, grab your leddit account and get to making them mad - they're literally the easiest and probably most rewarding source of lulz out there. You will regret not participating when you could.
