File size limit

Hi, the wiki has a file size limit of 2MB. This is problematic for pages that have videos, as some videos can't really be compressed down to that much without looking like shit. My internet went out when I tried to reply, so I'll try again right here. I have a couple of questions, if you have a moment. First, with Needed/Proposed, would it be possible to loosen up restrictions a bit, so confirmed users could make requests? Secondly, back in 2007, I added a copypasta that my friend made, but overlinked the shit out of it and changed "Geoff Ox" to "Jeff Ox" because I was a dumb 16-year-old trying to make a mark or some shit.
