arbcom leaks

Wikipedia's fix for the last set of leaks

i confess that i find wikipedia drama to be kinda boring, like watching city council meetings on access tv. with the latest arbcom mailing list leaks, it seems like there could be a section on them:

the recent resignations

hello. Coren is listed here as joining arbcom in 2010 but doesn't show up for 2012-13. i struckthrough Hersfold when he resigned the other day, but it looks like i may have done it wrong. also, the 2012 and 'tranches' sections seem mixed up. i never got much into wikipedia drama except near my ban, so idk enough about arbcom to make any more edits to this. i hope a knowledgeable wikipedian will come along and fix it up. by the way, Coren took a job with WMF, which apparently arbs aren't supposed to do? but recently also resigned from arbcom. lots of arbcom drama here if any wikipedians want to halp. its all fucked and i dont know enough to fix it. halp pls? -hipcrime 00:40, 15 March 2013 (EDT)

this article is a mess

this article is confusing, and laid out wrong. BASC is above the current arbcom members. BASC and the others do not do anything, in fact they pride themselves on how few people they unban. maybe that section could be gutted, because nobody wants to update the members of BASC... if they want to read about BASC, they can do that at TOW. all we need to tell people is "don't bother" and maybe link to their post crowing about how only 2 percent or something of people who appeal in this way are successful. imo this needs to be gutted -hipcrime 15:16, 15 February 2014 (EST)
