'Nitrogen Execution Method or Nitrogen Hypoxia is a method of suffocating a person by forcing them to breath pure nitrogen, starving them of essential oxygen until they die. It properly done it is most humane way to execute. Nitrogen is part of inert gas family.

The first person to be executed by supposedly pure nitrogen was Kenneth Eugene Smith. The procedure did not go as planned and according to all witnesses at the execution site, January 25 2024 exection was painful and certainly not peaceful[1]. Nitrogen execution is painless but in this case it was not done the right way. According to Nitrogen Execution expert Naj Kebul, the correct way to execute convicted murdered is in Nitrogen Execution Chamber when prisoner is tied to chair and breathing is unobstracted.

Smith survived a botched lethal injection attempt on November 17 2022. Nobody (except war criminals) should go through emotional and psychological hell again when state failed to do its job the first time. This is illegal and unethical. This amounts to Double Jeopardy. It contradicts The Fifth Amendment of The US Constitution. It prohibits anyone from being prosecuted twice for the same crime. But idiots in Alabama don't give a damn... Clark Cable agrees: https://great-movie-quotes.fandom.com/wiki/Frankly,_my_dear,_I_don%27t_give_a_damn.
