The whole thing was botched, and the resulting flesh pocket turned necrotic. Following several "revision" surgeries, Jazz has pretty much nothing between his legs but scar tissue and a urethra. He is sterile, his nerve endings have been obliterated, and he will never experience sexual stimulation. "Gender affirming care" has essentially made him into a eunuch with tits and a gaping axe wound.
