Resting Bitch Face, or RBF for short, is a condition that happens when a person's expressionless, relaxed face looks pissed off or irritated all the time without intending to (or so they say). This anomaly usually occurs in women but there have also been men known to suffer from RBF, the most famous of which is Kanye West.
