Could the 71 character limit please be raised for file names? I am not sure what the character limit is supposed to protect against, given that a vandal could create bad titles with fewer than 71 characters.

Higher character limit for file names

Could the 71 character limit please be raised for file names? I am not sure what the character limit is supposed to protect against, given that a vandal could create bad titles with fewer than 71 characters.
