Clown Tobi™ (Powerword: Kevin Lapeire), A.K.A. John Wayne Gacy 2.0, is by far THE greatest clown and magician the Benelux has ever seen!
As you may well know, clowns love a good joke, and definitely so does Tobi!
For his last and final act, he hoped to win the heart of his ex back again by making her a roofied cocktail on mothersday and tied up his ex-wife's children to make them watch him stab their mother to death to express his passion for BDSM to her and the kids.
His lulzy act continued after Kevin stood on top of a 14 story building to engage in a police standoff waving a gun around trolling the police officers by dropping the gun and acting as if he surrenders then getting back up again and shoot a few rounds in the air, threatening bystanders and saying he's gonna jump.
