Heidi Crowter is a British girl with Down Syndrome, and is the star of the popular "Retard Girl" Advice Dog spinoff. The meme had settled down and was posted only once in a while, when in April 2012, the girl's mother, Elizabeth Crowter, decided to go full potato and complain about it to the BBC, even going so far as to bring the lump of idiocy that is her daughter.
