Elmer Butch Hartman (IV) is an egotistical creator whose cartoons were once good, but turned into absolute shit over time. The four cartoons he made-- The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy and Bunsen is a Beast-- were such complete and utter garbage that Butch called it quits from Nickelodeon in 2018.

Before his projects

Prior to all this madness, Butch was a former animator at CalArts. He once was also an animator at Disney, but got fired due to his drawings being so "Hanna-Barbera"-style compared to the likes of Disney. Later, he became an artist an Hanna-Barbera and worked on whatever series they did.

To Nickelodeon, he went!

In 1998 Butch left Cartoon Network/Hanna-Barbera to produce his own series for Nickelodeon. Nick expressed surprise at the shorts he produced, so he was given a series (The Fairly OddParents) that ran for 10 seasons.

Everything else

Butch left Nick in 2018. And nothing of value was lost.

Afterwords, Butch launched a Kickstarter project called Oaxis[1][2] but got lots of uproar and flack because some of his fans realized then Butch forgot to say it had it Christian values for a group called the Church of Bethel where some wondered if it have some common points with the Church of Scientology.
