File size limit

Hi, the wiki has a file size limit of 2MB. This is problematic for pages that have videos, as some videos can't really be compressed down to that much without looking like shit. Gerda Arendt is surely not antandrus and deserves to be unblocked

there are hundreds of accounts linking wikipedia's multiple times child molester, but many of those accounts are not antandrus especially writingSnowman and Geo Swan are from wikialpha.org
