A deformity, dysmorphism or dysmorphic feature is a major abnormality in the shape of a body part or organ compared to the normal shape of that part.
But this couldn't be real!
If a kid sees a deformed person, then they'll probably think that it isn't real. But unfortunately for them, deformed people are very much real.
