If you see an embedded list in a series template, {{bigred|fucking remove it}}. Embedded lists bloat an article's "whatlinkshere" and cause general chaos for maintenance. Nobody cares about or uses those lists, they're a relic of the decline of the [[ED:History|Girlvinyl era]] when she was using ED as a prototype for [[OhInternet]]. Conveniently, series templates add categories to articles, which happen to also be lists, except they're ones we don't have to manually update. Great!
