The colored link template is a way to make colored links for template or user page making.

Template Usage

1 internal link
2 color
3 alt text (optional)

{{Colored link (internal)|Template:Colored link (internal)|hotpink}} and
{{Cli|Template:Colored link (internal)|hotpink|Colored link (internal) (template)}} returns Template:Colored link (internal)

and

Colored link (internal) (template) .

Known aliases are {{Colored link}} and {{Cli}}
Entering a non existing link would cause this:
MediaWiki:Existential crisis


Although entering an incorrect link would usually request it on the Wanted Pages list, the failsafe makes sure it doesnt using a linkless #ifexist system.
Interwiki links such as T:Cli (templates) and U:TabbyGarf (user pages) will not work as an internal link and return the error message.
