Had another idea you might want to refer to someone with some backtracing expertise. The IP's of the spam accounts might be throwaways, but the email addresses are most likely functional, if only in the Mailinator sense, so they must be able to send and receive mail. If someone could backtrace the source of the email addresses (since they would have to be functional for ED to accept them with all that implies), you might be able to find the real origin of the spam accounts and put a stop to it.
If that doesn't work, I don't know what else I could suggest. The reason I'm trying to help is because I've seen more than one of the sysops getting pissed because this stupid faggot spammer won't fuck off already and I hate spammers as much as you guys do, so just thought I'd try to help. I'm having to repeatedly revert and edit shit LoveTheLulz is putting into an article be it bullshit links we've had to revert/delete multiple times, poorly written sections, and false out-of-the-ass information. The reasons for the DND template
There are several reasons I made it.
First, some red links are on archive pages that should not be edited (they even have messages on them to NOT edit them), and to prevent someone from accidentally removing a red link, this gives them SOME content so they leave it alone. Also, it says "yeah, this page is shit for one reason or another and shouldn't have been made in the first place (it may need a better message to that effect), but we're keeping it (or at least a reference) around for our archives for one reason or another. Third, it's a tripwire of sorts, separating purposely shitty pages into their own ghetto where there will be a record of the page having the template, so if someone tries to edit it further without a sysop giving them the OK to actually start it again, they have no excuse for leaving it alone. Also, if the page is allowed to be revived, they can just put an edit reason saying a sysop gave them the go ahead to start up the page again. Also, since I'm not an editor or sysop, it was the best solution I could think of to keep all the meaningless pages in one place while I worked on trying to restore the stuff that mattered.
Finally, we have a massive backlog of pages to sift through, and this helps further separate the wheat from the chaff, as it were.
As to your rebuttals, they are all good points, didn't consider the first two that much, and now that I think about it, it might be an easier solution to just redelete the pages, color the text where the link used to be red, then blacklist the articles from being recreated if their shittiness is that much of a problem.
Hope I didn't cause too much trouble or anything, but the above is why I even bothered. If it's still too much of a problem, do whatever is best for ED and I'll discontinue the template being used.
Well, you brought up some great counterpoints why I should rethink the whole thing, so I'm going to stop using it for now until I get a better opinion from Junius and the other sysops whether it's a good idea to use or not (don't believe any of his archive pages got tagged yet anyway). Until then, I'm just going to go back to fixing ED.com redirects, handing Oblique's page restoration project page more links I find that need recreated, and upload more pages with sources where I find them.

Sure it's a vanity fair, but honestly, on this page, does it matter? You can flush half of the entries while you're at it. Maybe I'm just old, but I've never known ED to be so big on policy shit. I tend to see the project pages as hints or guidelines if you will, not the fucking constitution that one should follow word for word and quote on every possible occasion. No hard feelings, but it's the second time I remember you pull off shit like this and I am not liking that. Maybe you should have your boyfriend massage you to ease you up a bit.
