Welcome, Hollow

This is serious. READ IT.

Before making your first article look over ED:101. If you don't, it is unlikely that your article will survive for more than sixty seconds and you risk being banned by ED Sysops.

We realize a lot of you are busy or may be new to ED, so here's just the most important info:

  • Read ED:101. Seriously. The information contained within is invaluable. Further tutorials of use can be found here.
  • To answer a message, reply on the user's talk page (Tab at the top that says 'discussion').
  • Sign your comments by using four tildes (like this ~~~~)
  • These are the sysops. If you have a problem, talk to them. They're here to help; we promise.
  • The TJC is the community portal. It's linked to from every page; just look at the top left of the page. Check it daily.
  • Use Special:Upload to upload pictures. Be sure to give them meaningful names. Also, do not upload any CP or Bestiality pr0n or you will be b&.
  • Feeling social? Enjoy forums? Join here.
  • See ED:HELP and ED:POLICY for everything else.

Alice Margatroid

Hey, I see that you tried to delete the same section from that article about 15 days ago. Don't just delete shit without a reason, and especially don't delete it again 15 days later like nobody is going to notice.BakaRed 20:34, 1 August 2014 (EDT)

  • Whether it was noticed or not was honestly irrelevant for me. As for the motive, the bottom bit was written by people taking credit of the Alice fiasco as a way to lead traffic to their own little website for self-enjoyment, they are unrelated to the first five paragraphs, and just want to show the page to their friends and boast "See, I'm on teh interwebs" In hindsight I should have noted this fact instead of deleting the whole thing, more so I doubt ED is really about veracity. That noted most of the article is terribly not lulzy. I'm not touching it again though. --Hollow 22:51, 1 August 2014 (EDT)
  • Alright I can see that. Still, deleting large swaths of articles without reason sets off red flags around here and is likely to result in said deletions from sticking, or you getting slapped with a ban. Next time just leave a short note in the edit summary box. Also, when replying to someone's note on your talk page, you actually need to reply on their talk page in order for them to know you've replied. BakaRed 03:33, 5 August 2014 (EDT)
