RLoxley is a middle aged gay man that has been known to frequent Defcon, 2600 meetings and other "hacker" events to manipulate teenage boys into a path of ethical whitehat hacking. He was once investigated by the FBI in suspicion of child pornography trafficking, after which he became an extremely loud opponent of child pornography and formed "Ethical Hackers Against Pedophiles" and got involved with websites like antichildporn.org.
Afterwords, he purchased the baby of underage fat whore Randi Harper. He also was trolled by Bantown and ruined the blog of Malice_bd.
