David "Walky" Willis

David Matthew Willis, more infamously known as "Walky" is a pretentious SJW douchebag who does various family guy-tier soapboxing comics.

Widely hated by basically all Transformers collecting communities from being a TFwiki admin and the only forum that tolerates him ("Allspark Forums") still treats him like an annoying pet. /toy/ is especially known for hating him, and for good reason, he's a huge asshole.

He's also good friends with a well-known figure customizer known as Jin Saotome (his real name is john mallamas or something). Oddly enough, Jin is a /pol/-tier racist and mra maniac, but he's friends with SJW cuck Willy.

Early Life

Dave Willis grew up in the middle of bumfuck nowhere and was raised by fundie parents. According to Willis, his childhood was an abusive hell on earth not unlike Mommie Dearest or A Child Called It. The horrible, unforgivable acts of abuse he had to contend with include: not being allowed to watch He-Man, having to attend church on Sunday, and having to listen to ideological views he didn't agree with.

Willis' utter contempt for his upbringing had a major influence on the person he would eventually become: a bitter, sheltered, spiteful loser with absolutely zero critical thinking abilities. Many of the pivotal, life-defining moments of Willis' life revolve around how much he hates his mommy and daddy and how angry he still is at them.

One of the major reasons Willis is such a raging Transformers fanboy is that it was one of the few shows Walky was allowed to watch as a child, as his parents believed shows like Jem and He-Man promoted the occult and homosexuality.

Willis has also admitted that he didn't masturbate until he was in his twenties because he believed his grandmother was watching him from heaven and that he thought the rapture would happen in 2005. Because Walky hates his parents so much, every single parental figure in his comics is portrayed as a scowling, drooling, irredeemable, broken psychopath who only exists to torment the characters or spew strawman talking points.

Comics

Willis is responsible for a number of comics over the years, some of which were actually not retarded shit. This changed midway through his comic Shortpacked, which focused on a toy store since Willis is an obsessive collector and fan of children's toys such as Transformers. At this point he discovered Tumblr, and quickly morphed into the sniveling, pathetic SJW we know today. He swiftly turned over half of the comic's cast into faggots (including his self-insert, interestingly enough). He began tackling progressive issues in his comic, often employing strawman characters to demonize anyone who didn't agree and generally handling them in a way only a fat, pasty-white nerd raised by Fundie Christians whose only exposure to bigotry is the internet could.

After concluding Shortpacked in the most god-awfully anticlimactic and unsatisfying manner possible, he moved on to his newest work of fart Dumbing of Age, rehashing the same characters in an alternate universe where they all attend college together. Thus, we're allowed to watch many of these characters go through the same issues they did before, but this time they're in college so it's different enough to warrant a rehash, I guess. Notably, he's outright admitted that he ended Shortpacked because it took actual effort to write, while Dumbing of Age takes none at all, gaining him maximum profit with all the quality of taking a dump on a keyboard. Truly, Willis is a shining example to artists everywhere.

It was here that his more negative qualities really began to shine. As previously noted, Willis despises his parents for raising him a certain way; as such, every parent with any real focus is portrayed as a bigot, crazed Christian, abusive asshole, racist, etc. Especially notable with the self-insert character which represents his former Fundie self, whose parents he's admitted to being based on his own, especially the mother, who is portrayed as a bitchy, ignorant asshole. Seriously, how fucked up does a guy have to be to try this hard to bash his own mother because he doesn't agree with her parenting style?

Anyway, the drama often stems from this kind of shitty conflict. Examples include: an asshole tranny deliberately pissing off another Fundie Christian for no reason until the Fundie snaps and "misgenders" her, at which point the tranny is absolved of all crime and the Fundie portrayed as an irredeemable psycho. A mixed race girl convinced her parents treat her twin better because he's whiter, not because she's a thug who began smoking and robbing stores at 13. A lesbian who runs away from home and mooches off her friends (while spending her precious cash on a haircut to symbolize how homosexual she is), only to be kidnapped by her psycho homophobe father in an outright retarded car chase involving landwhale superheroes and the complete rape of physics.

Becoming an "internet pornlord"

David is infamously known for drawing a crapload of porn, including some of his obvious self-inserts and his admitted self insert, he even revealed he never touched himself until he was 19 and he almost threw up drawing porn. But who can blame him with art like this?

Walky and Criticism

Knowing he is a SJW we could all expect him to be a feminist, which he is. When told he isn't funny, he quickly cries at them and goes on a banning spree when he realizes he cannot make an argument to save his life.

During Shortpacked's run, when presented with criticism of his comic, ideals, and so on, he began to make a habit of creating a special strip dedicated to the complaint, in which the person presenting the argument is portrayed as an ignorant strawman of the highest degree, which Willis or his characters easily shut down with "witty" snark. For instance, to set up the final conflict of Shortpacked, a characters named Whitey McJority (clever) notes that the setting has too much diversity for the sake of diversity. In response, Willis (through one of his characters) adds a dozen more minorities, each defined solely by their minority status. How did this prove mean ol' Whitey wrong? Hell if we know.

You see, despite supposedly hating the Fundamentalism he grew up with, he is still undoubtedly a Fundamentalist at heart who sees every contradiction or criticism as a slight against God himself, and everybody who doesn't agree with him or his views as a hell-bound Satan-worshiping sinner homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic bigot who deserves to die in a fire.

Walky the Scam Artist

Like many other SJWs, such as Zoe Quinn and Anita Sarkeesian, Walky is yet another member of the "men are harrasing me, donate to my patreon!11" crowd. He and his friends ripped a bunch of people off through a Kickstarter. It was a figure line called BMOG (which was basically a ripoff of a Japanese line called "Mugenbine"). Here's an (archived) /toy/ thread that mentions it.

"They got the money but took off instead. They did a few of the toys. A handful. Then forgot about the rest. Lots of people did not see any of their toys or got their money back. Walky's defenders whitewashed the whole thing and mentioning this on the allspark will get you banned instantly."
