Age

He had no fascist or racial views whatsoever between 2005-2007, at least it doesn't show in his Wikipedia edits. He started out edit warring on childish stuff like my chemical romance, emo and goth rock and got into a huge debate with a goth girl called Leyasu (early 20s) about gothic music and heavy metal. Their two archives where they both created an entire page against each other: [1] [2]

Yes, apparently Basileus was a former death-rock/gothic and heavy metal fan (quoted from his archive page against Leyasu):

"Leyasu claims I say that I "dislike Gothic Metal"... which is not true at all. As I have only ever stated that I actually liking some bands in that genre")

And again, actually check the DIFFS Leyasu has provided, nowhere does it say that I dislike Gothic Metal, pure bullshit by Leyasu, as I am actually a fan of some bands in this genre.)

Given these edits, I cannot imagine him in 2005-2007 being any older than early 20s himself. He hardly would be debating so seriously the genre of my chemical romance or a goth rock or emo band at 30-40 years of age.
