| In January 2019, Brandon woke up to federal agents at his front door serving an arrest warrant for interstate cyberstalking and threatening to injure or kidnap. He refused to cooperate, and in response the FBI was forced to use an explosive device to extract him from his bedroom. At trial, his defense tried to argue that he was only doing it for the lulz and that an autistic person could not be reasonably expected to understand that their own actions might have repercussions, but the judge was having none of that shit and found him guilty on all counts. On October 11, 2021, Brandon was sentenced to 66 months in federal prison.
