Dracula Flow is the 2023 YouTube project of Joji (the Youtuber formally known as Filthy Frank.)
The "concept" (if there even is an actual "concept" here) is that Ol' Count Dracula is now a rapper, spitting bars and popping Percs.
Comprising of 4 acts, this shitpost video series will melt your brain within minutes of watching it. Nonetheless, the videos each racked up a few million views and also got meme'd on by various internet citizens.
