'''Bart-Toons''' (Emanuelito) is a cartoon-obsessed, xenophobic, and possibly [[Autism|autistic]] [[DeviantArt]]-using [[Lolcow|lolcow]].  You'd think that based on his username, his main obsession is Bart Simpson from ''[[The Simpsons]]''.  While there was at least one instance [[Whiteknight|he defended him]], his main obsession is ''[[The Loud House]]''.  To be more specific, he seems to have a fetish for [[Incest|shipping Lincoln with Leni and Luna]], [[Lazy|even <s>demanding</s> asking other users to make that kind of fanart for him]].

As for his art (or lack thereof), like several cartoonaboos, most of his artwork is simply unfunny memes that nobody gives a flying fuck about.  But some of those memes are ''beyond'' unfunny, even by unfunny meme standards.  However, that isn't his biggest notoriety.  Yes, he's obsessed with cartoons to the point where it's implied [[Faggot|he doesn't get out much]].  But what really makes him infamous is his absolute hatred for [[Anime|anime]] and [[Japan]].  Him not liking anime might be excusable to those who aren't obsessed [[Wapanese|weaboos]], but it's his disliking of Japan that's unforgiving.
