I re-wrote what is there as a skeleton for someone who gave a fuck to flesh out, but no one seems to. User:Uncle Ben's Rice said on the PRISM talk page that he had designs on the Edward Snowden article as well, but nothing yet. Keep and flush with some integration both make sense, but having an identical copy of this page on the PRISM page makes no kind of fucking sense, with all due respect to the new user who took the project on.
