Motherfucker
Motherfucker is a classic witticism that combines the clever jab of "Your mom" with the follow up punch of accused incest. Almost always used by one male to another and often followed by threats of violence.
Contrary to popular belief, only complete losers add a smiling emoticon to a statement that calls an opponent a motherfucker.
Motherfucker is often censored in movies, television and music as "mother-lover", "mother[bleep]", "Mofo", "monkey fighter" or "motherkcufer"; in print, as "motherf*cker", "motherf***er"; in Christian literature as "**********".
International Motherfuckers
Motherfucker has been a popular epithet for so long that it is one of the three English phrases most likely to be known by foreigners. The other two are "I want a Coca-Cola" and "I surrender."
Interestingly enough, it should be noted that most foreign languages have no litteral translation, and use "Son of a bitch" as an alternative.
