Sometimes abbreviated to in real life, IRL is an addicting mmo FPS which keeps you from the Internet.

Life is a first-person MMORPGFPS which is a drug keeping people away from the Internet. The goal of it is to avoid unwarranted self-importance at all cost, and to give criticism. Other players like to be reminded that they are the person blocking the shower, who eats dried bread in the morning and who always gets late to work. They also admire those who pay lip service to public opinion. There are statues raised over these types of people all over town.

The difficulty level is defined at birth, determined by how much gold your in-game parents had previously obtained, along with your race, sexuality and intelligence. This difficulty level will remain with you for the entire game until you get a job to earn your own gold, which may increase or decrease the difficulty depending on where you work and what you do. A small amount of players possess high Wisdom attributes, allowing them to be unplugged from The Matrix. Many of these players end up doing PVP raids on other users. Some end up landing a hidden "Politician" class, allowing them to make infinite money and EXP, and can even go on to collect the highest score in the server!
