Early life

Quanell Ralph Evans was born in Los Angeles, Commifornia. Both his mother and father we're cocaine-crazed negros who stumbled into the Nation of Islam. Per Quanell's account, he was a very bad kid in school, however, we think this is bullshit as he has never been recorded not wearing his monkey suit.
