Happy Merchant, aka Merchant Face is an internet meme created by the completely racist and anti-semitic, republican cartoonist A. Wyatt Mann, depicting a jew doing what he does best. The origin of the merchant is not what it appears to be; it is actually a caricature of the modern-day, thieving, conniving kike that is the jew HAHAHA DISREGARD THAT, I SUCK COCKS, it's actually just your average jew trying to warm up his cold hands (THE SHEKELS ARE COLD, YA' KNOW!).

The Happy Merchant is commonly used on 4chan's politically incorrect board, where you literally cannot go without seeing the merchant, it's spreading like AIDS in retarded niggers from outerspace, it's that bad. The board is notorious for seemingly "anti-semitic" claims and posts reminiscent of those made by stormfront, but actual visitors know deep in their hearts that the jews are up to something. This of course is being combatted by the JIDF and Israeli sympathizers, so they choose to use an image, with many varieties to represent their enemy.
