Hello Neighbor is a shitty indie game that initially had potential yet was somehow made worse with every passing update. The main goal of this game is to brake into thy mustachioed neighbor's house and find the playboy stash that he keeps locked in his basement or whatever. It plays like a 3-dimentional point-and-click puzzle game where you have to constantly juggle around items found throughout the house and use them in their appropriate spots whilst avoiding detection from the neighbor lest he fist you with his large black rubber gloves. The original ending involved the player getting buried alive right after he was about to figure out what the Neighbor's secret was, but has since been stretched out into a convoluted mess that not even the Game Theorist could give a dam about. The current state of the game is also a buggy mess; so much so that its possible to beat the game within mere minutes—yet perhaps that is the optimal way to play it. If you still think this game is worth a dam, dear reader, then may I suggest Granny by D.V.Loper, a similar game that isn't a buggy piece of shit?

Little known to all, Hello Neighbor actually has various spinoffs, an animated series and a released yet unfinished and abandoned sequel that looks like a family-friendly version of Resident Evil 4. As a matter of fact, the developers of Hello Neighbor 2 were almost hired by YandereDev to work on his pedo game but thank God they rejected it.
Characters
*Theodore Peterson - The local pedophile living across your street. Also simply known as "The Neighbor", he is hiding an enigmatic, potentially sinister secret in his basement under lock and chain that demands to be discovered.
*Nicky Roth - A childhood victim of the Neighbor who returns to his home town to face his past and uncover his repressed memories.
*Quentin - A homosexual journalist trying to sneak photographs of the Neighbor doing freaky shit in the privacy of his own home so they can be published to his zeen for his fellow homosexuals to wank off to.

Attention-starved and desperate for a revitalized source of revenue, the developer made three tweets BEGGING Matt Pat to review his new Hello Neighbor cartoon—frame... by... frame. Matt Pat previously released two videos on Hello Neighbor in the past which contributed to the game's unwarranted popularity, but not even Matt Pat wanted anything to do with this dumpster fire of a game anymore and refused to acknowledge these lowly pleas for attention until 4 years later as the subject of his final game theory review and at which point the dev has already retired.
