	A 'Fraggle', in British slang, is a person who displays some sort of bizzare behaviour pattern, a nutjob, a lunatic.		A 'Fraggle', in British slang, is a person who displays some sort of bizzare behaviour pattern, a nutjob or a lunatic.

	The name derives from the title and characters of Jim Henson TV puppet show '[http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Fraggle_Rock Fraggle Rock]', and, for some reason, stuck (in Britain, at least) as a new nickname for someone who is crazy. Interestingly, a number of mental institutions in different parts of the UK almost overnight all became known as 'Fraggle Rock' to the locals, without any sort of prompting.
