From 1885 Rwanda was a [[Germany|German]] colony until 1919 when they were [[Goatse|Goatsed]] by the [[World War I|Treaty of Versailles]] and Rwanda was given over to [[Belgium]]. The Rwandese grouped themselves into two races, the [[Niggers|Hutu]] and the [[Also Niggers|Tutsi]], the Hutus made up 85% of the population but the Belgians supported a Tutsi [[WE WUZ KINGZ AN SHEIT|king]] which meant the Tutsis controlled the government.

In the 1950s and 60s, a man named Gregoire Kayibanda began to promote [[Racism|Hutu Power]] calling for an end to Tutsi dominance and beginning a campaign of ethnic violence against Tutsis, killing 20,000-100,000 from 1959-1960. The Tutsi monarchy dissolved and a Hutu majority government was formed. Because the average tenure of an African president is 3 hours, Kayibanda was overthrown by Juvenal Habyarimana and a military dictatorship was formed.

After Habyarimana was shot down on April 6, the Rwandan army, the Interahamwe and other organizations began an attempt to exterminate the Tutsi over the next 100 days, international observers reported:

* Hutu gangs searched out victims hiding in [[church|churches]] and [[School Shooting|school buildings]] and massacred them.
100 Interahamwe militiamen came into a church and began to kill people, striking with their clubs and slashing with their machetes, hacking arms, legs, genitals and the faces of the terrified people who tried to protect the children under the pews. Some people were dragged outside the church and attacked in the courtyard. The identity cards of the murdered ones were burned. The killing continued for two hours after which the whole compound was searched. The militia then left the church compound.
*Local officials and government-sponsored radio incited ordinary citizens to kill their neighbors, and those who refused to kill were often murdered on the spot.
*Local Interahamwe, acting in concert with the authorities, used [[Bulldozer|bulldozers]] to knock down a church building. The militia used machetes and rifles to kill every person who tried to escape.
*Hutu extremists released hundreds of patients suffering from [[AIDS]] from hospitals, and formed them into "[[rape]] squads". The intent was to infect and cause a "slow, inexorable death" for their future Tutsi rape victims.
*Sexual mutilation sometimes occurred after the rape and included mutilation of the vagina with machetes, knives, sharpened sticks, boiling water, and acid. Men were also the victims of [[surprise buttsecks|sexual violation]], including public [[BME|mutilation of the genitals]]. An estimated [[Over 9000|250,000-500,000]] women were raped during the genocide.

Because the [[Fail|Hutus were too concerned with killing Tutsi to resist an actual military attack]], the RPF forced them across the border into Zaire after 100 days. Most of the major players in the genocide were [[Prison|arrested]] or [[Death penalty|executed]] but [[Some argue|some]] escaped to [[Zimbabwe]] and died in exile. The Tutsi led Rwandan government, just like [[Israel]], is never the aggressor, however others point out that it has to date been responsible for the following atrocities:
