The caption for the "I WILL FUCK YOU UP" clip says "WE WILL EXPLOIT THE CHILDREN!" If there were a kid who was asked, "Hey, do you want to become Internet-famous by saying 'I WILL FUCK YOU UP' in this vid?" he might do it of his own free will, so it's not necessarily exploitation. If everything kids do that happens to also serve the interests of adults is considered exploitation, then we end up with laws like the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act that make childhood that much drearier because on top of having to go to school, do chores, etc. when you come home, you can't even use any of the online services that require you to chip in anything (e.g. a little information about yourself that will help with targeted advertising) as compensation for getting a free service. If you lack very many interesting activities to engage in that are legal, then there's all the more incentive to do illegal stuff like put fireworks on the train tracks.
