Nah, it's not directly sexual, it's a shock image. There's a difference between outright loli-porn and shock material that would make most pedos cringe. In fact, if it does the later, it's REALLY good stuff! For example if you took a loli picture and then edited a "blue waffle" image into it...THAT would be awesome!
