What you need to know, besides how to make a reverse chastity belt to protect your delicate O Ring is that your photograph will face a three pronged test developed to decide if it's obscene and therfor, not protected by the First Amendment called The Miller Test.

The Three Pronged Test

1. Whether a reasonable person, applying contemporary community standards, would find, that the work taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient, having or encouraging an excessive interest in sexual matters., interests.

1. Whether the work depicts or describes in a patently offensive way sexual conduct as defined by state law;

1. Whether the work, taken as a whole, lacks literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
