Indicates a link to a Patreon user.
Syntax
{{ Patreon | profile | description }}
- profile - the last portion of the URL to a Patreon page, after the slash
- description (optional) - replaces the profile name with your text
Note: remember to remove all whitespaces (except for the ones in description) and put everything in one long line, otherwise it might get broken.
