Colby James/Boomhour "Boomer" Ratliff

Boomhour "Boomer" Ratliff was the nickname of a Veteran boy Scout Sergeant that served in the 201 Scouts in New Zealand, He had a Mo Hawk that was white hair colour. He has helped Kappus on many occaions, he would later move to San Francisco to where Kappus was and would also join Honeybee as a teacher aide, and would also find the dream of his life Molly O'Connell.

Boomhour Ratliff was born in Vilnius, in Lithuania in 1996 on June 19th, He was born to Lithuanian parents,

His family left Lithuania due to the Soviet Republic and to declare independence which was the cause of problems for the family which they didn't like Soviet Republic in there commerset, however they went to New Zealand and lived in Christchurch and they lived in Wirgram like Kappus and most of his friends lived in,

In 2001 he joined the Bunny Scouts or Rochfud Scouts at Bernham, he has followed Kappus and Mr Havlock on so many adventuers and also Boomhour however befriended a Russian Boyscout named Yuri Kolmeir who felt friendly to him and trusted him, he also is best friends with Kappus and his rockband mates, he also has interacted with him on so many accations, and also he did interact with him by helping him out so many times, He is known to have been the Scout Sergeant known for his actions in trainning, He also in 2004 partook in Kappus's mother's funarel and felt sorry for Kappus's mother, In 2008 He also partook in the "Great Kojlica Raid" which however was known to have been a disater that day, He was in the Computer room with all of Kappus's friends and close friends at that time, he survived the room from a big Eagle, as well,
