ask.fm is the new Formspring. It allows people to anonymously ask you questions. It's basically used for [[[trolling]]. It's major demographic is attention-seeking 12 year old girls. Every answer posted on Ask.fm is public, and you also have the option to post answered questions to Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr.
Harassment
The website really doesn't have a harassment policy because it was made for harassment. That said, after some high-profile suicides, next to every answer and profile, there are options to report and block users.
That being said, hanging yourself is always the best option.
