Vermont is a faggot Wikipedia retard who claims to be able to speak multiple languages (but then again, most Wikipedia retards do, so that’s not really unique). He got around going through a Wikipedia RfA by becoming a meta steward, giving him the ability to checkuser and globally lock accounts. Demonstrating his impotent faggotry, his checkuser locks consistently fail to ban sockpuppet accounts on wiki projects other than Wikipedia - demonstrating that his only interest in steward privileges is being a Wikipedia super-admin.
