So I'm planning on uploading some pics on the user page of Sparx Traxx (autistic and attention whoring tranny/furfag), I read the policy regarding the uploading of pictures but couldn't find any good information regarding some of my questions...

Is it allowed to post pics with the names of anyone who's not important or lulzworthy blurred out here?
And what does "Destination filename" and the matching "Summary" mean?

:1. Yeah, you can.
:2. "Destination Filename" is what you name the file yourself, most often with a container after it(.jpg, .png, etc.), check a few other images to see some examples of what they SHOULD be named. I didn't mean to violate the rules.  What happened was I got confused and thought that Rule34 was still allowed because I was on the [[Sailor Moon]] page and there is still a lot of rule 34 on it.  I will pay more attention to the rules that are right there when you download something.  If you could, could you unban me and I will obey your rules as if I was Tom Cruise and you were L. Ron Hubbard or David Miscavige.  Once again, I'm really sorry and didn't mean to be an ass.  I really enjoy this site.
